Why Choose an Epoxy Countertop?

Waterproof & Seamless

No grout lines or seams to trap water, grease or bacteria — ideal for kitchens, bars and outdoor kitchens.

Heat & Scratch Resistant

Cured epoxy stands up to hot pans, daily wear and Florida humidity without cracking or fading.

One-of-a-Kind Color

Every pour is hand-mixed and poured on site, so no two countertops or bar tops ever look the same.

Resurface, Don't Replace

We coat over most existing laminate, tile or stone countertops — a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.

Countertop Guide

Epoxy Countertops: What to Know Before You Order

Epoxy countertops give kitchens, bathrooms, bars and outdoor kitchens the look of marble, granite or custom art without replacing the cabinets. We pour a clear or pigmented epoxy over your existing countertop base, work in colors and veining by hand, and finish with a smooth, glossy, seamless surface. No two epoxy countertops come out exactly alike.

Where epoxy countertops work

SpaceWhy epoxy fits
Kitchen countertopsSeamless, easy to wipe down, custom marble or stone looks
Bathroom vanitiesRefresh dated laminate or cultured marble without tear-out
Bar topsDeep, glossy finish for home and commercial bars
Outdoor kitchensFinished with a UV-stable topcoat for sun exposure

How the install works

We prep and protect the area, sand and prime the existing surface, and pour the epoxy in layers. Colors and metallic pigments are worked in while the resin is wet to create veining and depth. The surface cures over several days before normal use; we give you exact care and cure times before we start.

Care and durability

Epoxy countertops are sealed and easy to clean with mild soap and water. Use cutting boards and trivets, because knives and very hot pans can mark any resin surface. Outdoors, sunlight can amber standard epoxy, which is why outdoor counters get a UV-stable topcoat; see UV protection for Florida surfaces.

What affects the price

Epoxy countertop pricing depends on the square footage, the number of edges and seams, backsplash work, the complexity of the design and whether the existing surface needs repair first. Metallic and multi-color marble looks take more time than a single solid color. We measure on site and give you a written price before any work starts.

Commercial bar tops and counters

Restaurants, breweries and bars use epoxy bar tops for a durable, glossy surface that stands out and wipes clean. We schedule commercial work around your hours and can match the bar to an epoxy restaurant floor.

Matching floors and counters

Many customers pair epoxy countertops with a matching floor or bar. See decorative epoxy flooring and metallic epoxy flooring for coordinated looks, then request a free estimate and we'll bring color samples.
