Bare warehouse concrete dusts constantly, stains easily and swallows light. A warehouse epoxy floor seals the slab so dust stays down, spills wipe up and the whole building looks brighter. Light-colored coatings reflect overhead lighting, which helps crews see.
Warehouses are about wear, not decoration: forklift wheels, pallet drags, dropped product and wide open square footage. We diamond grind the slab, repair joints and cracks, and build a thick system with an abrasion-resistant topcoat. Large areas are phased so racks and aisles can keep operating.

Matching or decorative finishes for the front of the building.
Retail finishes →Forklift traffic grinds through thin coatings fast. Build matters more than shine: a thick base with a hard, abrasion-resistant topcoat lasts far longer than a single thin coat, and it can be resealed in traffic lanes when they wear.
Forklift charging stations and chemical storage deserve their own spec. Battery acid is hard on standard epoxy, so those zones often get epoxy novolac. See chemical and stain resistance.
Big Florida slabs on grade can carry moisture. We test where there's doubt and use a moisture-mitigating primer when needed to prevent blistering. More in Florida concrete moisture problems.
Racking and inventory don't move themselves. We plan the floor in sections, time work for weekends or slow periods, and give clear return-to-service times so you can plan forklift traffic.

Yes. Sealing the slab with a coating stops the dusting that comes from bare concrete wearing under traffic.
In the Sarasota market, 2026 pricing for commercial floors over 1,000 square feet typically runs about $6.50 to $9 per square foot, depending on slab condition and system.
We'll walk the building, check the slab and recommend a system and phasing plan that keeps you operating.
