Offices on concrete slabs often end up with worn carpet tiles, cracked VCT or bare concrete in back areas. A coated or polished floor gives you a seamless surface that's easy to clean, doesn't hold dust or allergens the way carpet does, and holds up to rolling chairs and carts.

Planning an Office Floor Coating
Working around your hours
Most offices can't close for a week. We phase work by area, schedule evenings and weekends where possible, and use fast-curing topcoats when they fit so staff can return quickly.
Removing old flooring
Carpet tiles, VCT and their adhesives have to come off completely. We grind the slab to clean concrete so the new floor bonds properly.

Moisture
Slabs that were under carpet for years can hold moisture. We test first and use a moisture vapor barrier when needed.
